CAIRO, July 31. Libyan army special forces in the city of Benghazi in the east of the country on Thursday were able to regain control of their main base. It was captured on Wednesday by radical Islamists. This was reported by the TV channel “Al Arabiya”.

Radical Islamist group “Ansar al-Sharia” (“Supporters of Sharia”) on Wednesday announced the establishment of their power in Benghazi after captured all located in army bases.
