Lugansk, July 28. As a result of constant shelling of Lugansk in the last day killed five civilians and injured 15 citizens, the press service of the city council.
Taxi at Kirov Street have been appeared under fire. The driver have been killed and two passengers have been injured.
A lot of houses have been destroyed cause of a spill of artillery shells. Also many houses damaged with roof, gas pipes, broken windows.
More than 30 thousand subscribers in all areas of Lugansk disconnected from electricity as a result of damage of power systems.
More than 8 thousand subscribers were left without water for more than 4 thousand – without gas.
Utilities and emergency services working in emergency mode to restore communications, but their activities seriously complicates the shelling of the city: sometimes within a few hours it is impossible to get to the place tripping or damage.
