In Kharkov military commissioner banned all military service to leave the area
The order was issued pursuant to Presidential Decree Poroshenko “partial mobilization”
Kharkov, July 31. Military Commissioner of Kharkov have issued an order which is banning all military reserve leave the area.
According to the order, which is issued pursuant to Presidential Decree Poroshenko “partial mobilization”, reservists from generals to soldiers who have received the personal agenda must report to the assembly point.
Reservists who have not yet the mobilization order and have not received the agenda of the military commissar, “from traveling outside the area without permission from the district or city military commissar in which reservist stays on the account have temporarily prohibited.”
According to co-chairman of the People’s Front of New Russia (NSF) Konstantin Dolgov, in fact, residents of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region male henceforth forbidden to leave the region. Otherwise, the current Ukrainian government will consider them as deserters.
