WASHINGTON, July 30. United States pledged to provide an additional $ 378 million for humanitarian aid to Syria. This is stated in a statement released Wednesday Secretary of State John Kerry.


It indicates that “about 11 million Syrians today are struggling to survive in the conditions of one of the worst humanitarian crises”, and the international community must “swiftly and decisively” to support the “innocent civilians”.
