“There must be a clear understanding of what belongs to the people, will belong to them”, – concluded Igor Plotnitsky

Lugansk, 30 September. In Lugansk, proclaimed the People’s Republic (LC) must undergo socialization, and all that should belong to the people, will be returned. This promise was given by  the head of the LC Igor Plotnitsky.

“Today, someone somehow managed to get around people and make his own personal fortune. Nationalisation should be. Electricity, water, gas,” – he said.

Plotnitsky emphasized that “approach to the issue of privatization should be very careful, understanding, legally”.

“We also do not want to look like one of the periods of our history,” steal the loot. “There must be a clear understanding of what belongs to the people, will belong to them”, – concluded the head of the LC.
