KIEV, September 24. Kiev denies allegations of killings and mass graves in the south-east of Ukraine. This was announced at a briefing a representative of the Council of National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Andriy Lysenko.
“The charges in the massacre of the National Guard – a well-planned, but poorly thought-provocation,” – he said. Other arguments Lysenko has not resulted.
The representative of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin, said that the investigation committee will check in connection with the discovery of mass graves near Donetsk in the framework of a criminal investigation of the war in the south-east of Ukraine.
“Information about the murders of citizens, whose bodies were found in a mass grave near Donetsk, will be tested Main Investigation Department of Insurance under the criminal investigation of the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare against civilians in the south-east of Ukraine”, – said the representative of the investigation committee.
The Russian Foreign Ministry intend to involve international organizations, including the UN, OSCE, Council of Europe, to the investigation of burial, as stated at the meeting of the committee of public support for the south-east of Ukraine in the Federation Council Human Rights Commissioner Konstantin Dolgov, the Russian Foreign Ministry.
