The secretary said the aid to the Kurds – a reaction to a crisis situation


JAKARTA, October 20.American aid to the Kurds fighting against militants group Islamic state in the Syrian city of Coban (Arabic geographical name Ayn al-Arab) – it is a reaction to a crisis situation, which does not represent a change in the foreign policy vector of Washington, said in the capital of Indonesia, the United States Secretary of State, John Kerry .


“We have discussed this issue with the Turkish authorities. John Kerry also said that Washington has asked Turkey to resolve the Kurdish militias transition from Iraq to Coban to help local self-defense units.


Today, the Kurdish militia got a big shipment of arms, ammunition and drugs that United States aircraft dropped the defending Syrian city of Kobani on Sunday.
