Iraqi security forces for several months trying to regain control of areas seized by fighters of the Islamic State


Kuwait, 19 October. Iraq is not getting enough help from the international community. This statement was made head of the government of the Arab country Haydar al-Abadi.


“The international community has ignored the spread of Islamic State (IG), but now it has realized the extent of the tragedy and came to grips with the group” – quoted policy channel “Al-Sumar.”


Al-Abadi complained that “the level of support does not meet our expectations.”


However, he assured that “the whole world is on the side of Iraq in the fight against terrorism.”
