VIENNA, 22 October. In the majority of confirmed cases of ceasefire violation by Ukraine to blame the military of that country. These findings of a joint center to monitor and coordinate (ceasefire in eastern Ukraine) published the report of the observation mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Ukraine for October 20, posted on the organization’s website.
