“We’ve talked a lot here about Ukraine. All ministers share the concern of Russian aggression. We urge Moscow to withdraw the military from the Ukrainian territory,” – said Ashton.

“There is no military solution to the Ukrainian crisis, but we can find out only by political means,” – she said.
