MOSCOW, August 29. Kiev, Moscow sent another note on the humanitarian convoy. This was announced on Friday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.


He recalled that “our official note of the intention of the Russian Federation to send a second convoy in the south-east of Ukraine was delivered to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs last Sunday, 5 days ago.”


“The day before yesterday we received a response note to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, which expressed agreement in principle with the proposal to send to the south-east of the Russian humanitarian aid and Ukrainian outlining ideas on how to Kiev sees the logistics of this second convoy,” – said Lavrov.


“Yesterday we already sent a second note to the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine in view of the proposals that we have presented Ukrainians – the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry. – In our estimation, we have a common understanding of how this second convoy sent to the south-east (Ukraine) order and security has been provided, and the goods have been delivered. “
