When the Indian border guards deployed soldiers PLA poster with the words “This is a Chinese territory, turn back!”
NEW DELHI, August 19.Division soldiers of People’s Liberation Army (PLA) invaded India in the area of Ladakh at a height of about 5 000 meters and camped in the 25-30 km from the Line of Actual Control, serving as a border between the two countries. This was reported by the newspaper Hindustan Times.
The newspaper said the invasion took place on the same site unmarked Indo-Chinese border in the Himalayas, where last year there was a similar incident nearly led to armed conflict.
A group of Chinese soldiers patrol noticed Indian troops on Sunday, on Monday when a patrol of the PLA soldiers unfurled a banner with the words “This is a Chinese territory, turn back”. The Indians did not take forceful action to prevent armed conflict, noted in the media.
While command Indian troops in Ladakh is being cautious and refuses to characterize the actions of the PLA unit as an “invasion.” However, it does not exclude that the appearance in the border area of India Chinese soldiers due to the fact that Beijing considers this area of its territory.
According to the Indo-Chinese agreement, the parties are obliged to resolve such incidents with trespassing through diplomatic consultations and negotiations between the representatives of the armed forces.
