NEW YORK, 26 August. The Ministry of Defense is ready to send to the Syrian airspace, American reconnaissance aircraft, including drones, to collect information about the positions of the Islamists in the country, said Monday on its website an electronic newspaper Wall Street Journal.
With reference to the statements of unnamed members of the American administration edition noted that intelligence information will be collected for the possible application of United States aviation limited air strikes against the “Islamist goals” in Syria, such as those that American planes were applied in the last two weeks in northern Iraq.
Central Command United States, according to the newspaper, has requested the Ministry of Defense additional reconnaissance aircraft so that in the near future to begin collecting information on Syrian-based militia “Islamic state.”
